Refund and Returns Policy
We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Below you’ll find our return and refund policy, in line with UK consumer regulations and tailored to the nature of our handmade products.
Returns
If you’re not completely satisfied with your non-personalised purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging.
You must contact us within 14 days of delivery and return the item within 14 days of notifying us.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item was faulty or incorrect).
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like to swap an item, please return the unwanted product for a refund and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty or damaged:
Custom or personalised items (e.g. embroidered products, custom fabric choices, made-to-order sizes)
Earrings or hygiene-sensitive accessories
Items bought in a sale or marked as final clearance
Please ensure all customisation details are correct at checkout.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and a description of the issue. We will do our best to offer a replacement or full refund where appropriate.
