Can I wash my case or scrunchie?

Yes, but please handle them with care.
We recommend handwashing only – gently in lukewarm water with a mild detergent.
Avoid scrubbing, wringing, or tumble drying to keep the fabric’s softness and shape.

Where are orders shipped from?

All products are handmade and shipped from Peterborough, United Kingdom.
We use eco-friendly, recyclable packaging to make your order both beautiful and sustainable.

How long does order processing take?

Because every product is made by hand, please allow 2-5 working days for your order to be prepared.
During busier periods (like before Christmas or during craft fairs), processing can take up to 6-10 working days.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, absolutely!
Every order is already packed with care, but you can also choose gift wrapping and include a personal message for your recipient.

Can I return a product?

Yes – you can return any unused and undamaged product within 14 days of receiving it.
However, please note that personalised or custom-made items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
