All products are handmade to order.
Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed before dispatch.
During busy periods (Christmas season, sales, markets), processing times may be slightly longer. If delays occur, we will always keep you informed.
🚚 Delivery Options & Estimated Times
Shipping Within the United Kingdom (UK)
We currently ship across the United Kingdom, including:
- England
- Wales
- Scotland
- Northern Ireland
Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail.

Shipping to the United States (USA)
We are pleased to offer delivery to the USA.
However, due to current insurance limitations, all US-bound parcels are shipped without insurance.
This means:
Parcels cannot be insured against loss, damage, or delays
Once the parcel is handed to the courier, A&D Fabric Craft cannot be held responsible
Refunds or replacements cannot be issued for lost or delayed USA parcels
We package all products securely, but transparency is important so you can make an informed decision.

International Shipping (Worldwide Delivery)
We now offer worldwide shipping outside the UK and USA.
International parcels (excluding USA) are shipped with standard protection where available, however coverage varies by country.
Estimated International Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on destination:

- Canada: 10–20 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–25 business days
- Rest of World: 10–30 business days

Local Pickup at Markets (Free Collection)
If you would like to collect your order in person at one of our upcoming markets, you can select “Local Pickup at Market” at checkout.
How it works:
- Select Local Pickup as your delivery option (free)
- In the notes section, leave the date and name of the event you will attend
- You will receive a confirmation email
- Your order will be ready for collection at our stall
This is a great option if you want to save on shipping or ensure your handmade item arrives safely.
💷 Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery method.
We offer free UK shipping on all orders over £30.
📦 Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@andfabriccraft.com.
We will do our best to track your parcel and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
